Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Optimize website and digital assets for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in social media management, SEO, and content creation.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
