Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from marketing campaigns, sales performance, and consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to translate data findings into actionable strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics (e.g., ROI, customer acquisition cost, engagement rates) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in market research, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) and statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SPSS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), and database management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data-driven narratives to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
