Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote leaseback BPKB services in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals and businesses, to explain the benefits of our financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in multifinance, banking, or automotive financing.
- Strong understanding of leaseback BPKB processes and financial products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
