Responsibility

  • Develop and execute high-converting digital content (graphics, videos, copy) using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and ROI.
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with data-driven strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) and adjust campaigns for peak performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive opportunities in Bali’s digital landscape.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to refine campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro for content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a portfolio showcasing past campaigns or content (links welcome).
