Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to increase market share and brand awareness for OEM IT hardware products.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with principals, IT partners, and sales teams to align product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, from planning and execution to post-launch evaluation and optimization.
  • Engage with end-users and key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings based on market demands.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate with international partners and expand business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the IT hardware or OEM industry.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving product adoption.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, SEO, social media platforms) is an advantage.
