Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other data platforms.
- Generate reports and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven tools and automation to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to refine targeting, messaging, and ad creatives.
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on Meta Ads, social media advertising, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and basic AI-driven marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with automation tools, CRM systems, or marketing software is a plus.
