Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage content calendars for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-impact marketing materials, such as brochures, ads, and multimedia content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics to optimize ROI and refine strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach.
- Coordinate public relations efforts, including press releases, media interviews, and crisis communication.
- Oversee brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring alignment with company values and messaging.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
