Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Produce high-quality marketing content, including blogs, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data interpretation.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
