As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead the charge in promoting cutting-edge automotive financing solutions, including new car loans, used car financing, and multi-purpose loans to a diverse clientele. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, collaborate with financial institutions, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote BRI Finance’s automotive financing products (new/used cars & multi-purpose loans).
  • Lead customer acquisition campaigns through digital, traditional, and partnership-based channels.
  • Collaborate with dealerships, financial institutions, and local businesses to expand market reach in Bali.
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging to align with BRI Finance’s values and target audience expectations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product offerings and marketing approaches.
  • Manage budgets, ROI tracking, and performance metrics for all marketing initiatives.
  • Train and mentor sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer engagement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings to build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in financial services, automotive, or fintech.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia’s automotive financing market and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns) and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, KPI tracking, and market research.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
