In this role, you will lead high-impact campaigns to promote BRI Finance’s car loan products, including new car financing, used car financing, and multiguna (multi-purpose) loans. Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to promote BRI Finance’s automotive and multiguna financing products in Bali.
- Lead direct outreach campaigns to engage potential borrowers, including dealerships, businesses, and individual clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Create compelling content and promotional materials (digital, print, and in-person) to highlight the benefits of BRI Finance’s loan products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local automotive dealerships, financial institutions, and community organizations to expand reach.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversion rates to optimize marketing spend.
- Ensure compliance with BRI Finance’s branding guidelines and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in financial services or automotive industries).
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and customer acquisition in B2B or B2C markets.
- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly loans, leasing, or automotive financing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and cultural nuances is a significant advantage.
