Responsibility
- Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and data to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Assist in the promotion of products and services through various channels (email, social media, etc.).
- Maintain and organize marketing databases, CRM systems, and client records with accuracy.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare reports, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for marketing executives and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, providing administrative support for analysis.
- Handle logistical tasks such as vendor coordination, event planning, and material distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive marketing data.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a marketing support role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and basic analytics is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
