Responsibility

  • Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and data to ensure timely responses and conversions.
  • Assist in the promotion of products and services through various channels (email, social media, etc.).
  • Maintain and organize marketing databases, CRM systems, and client records with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare reports, presentations, and campaign materials.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for marketing executives and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, providing administrative support for analysis.
  • Handle logistical tasks such as vendor coordination, event planning, and material distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive marketing data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a marketing support role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and basic analytics is a plus.
