Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar for TikTok and Instagram Reels aligned with mental wellness trends
- Script, shoot, and edit high-engagement short-form videos (15-60 seconds) using AI-enhanced tools
- Collaborate with our AI team to integrate generative content elements while maintaining authentic storytelling
- Monitor platform analytics to optimize content performance and audience growth
- Stay ahead of social media trends, memes, and algorithm changes to keep our content fresh
- Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and user-generated content initiatives
- Work with influencers and mental health advocates to amplify our brand message
- Conduct A/B testing on video formats, captions, and posting times
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating viral-worthy TikTok/Instagram content (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar) and AI content platforms
- Strong understanding of mental wellness topics and sensitive content handling
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex wellness concepts
- Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting social media analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for video content
- Bonus: Experience with AI-generated content or mental health advocacy
