As a key player in our marketing team, you’ll conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact events—from product launches to experiential brand engagements—that captivate audiences and strengthen customer loyalty. Based in Bali’s thriving business hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, data-driven campaigns that align with GWM’s global vision and local market needs.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing event strategies, including concept development, budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.
  • Lead brand activation initiatives to enhance GWM’s visibility and engagement across Bali and key Indonesian markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, PR, digital) and external partners (agencies, influencers, media) to amplify campaign reach.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, including trade shows, test-drive events, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor KPIs (attendance, lead generation, ROI) and provide actionable insights to optimize future events.
  • Oversee logistics, including venue selection, AV production, branding materials, and on-site execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative event formats.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and health/safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or experiential marketing (automotive industry is a plus).
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering successful B2B and B2C events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, event software, analytics platforms) and MS Office.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to measuring event success.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
