Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and seasonal promotions.
- Troubleshoot technical or operational issues in ad platforms, CRM systems, or tracking tools, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain campaign documentation, including performance reports, A/B test results, and post-mortem analyses for continuous improvement.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripts or tools (e.g., Python, Zapier) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to recommend innovative strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or influencers to ensure seamless campaign integration and compliance with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign operations, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of managing paid social, search, or display campaigns with measurable success in KPIs like CAC, ROAS, or LTV.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is advantageous for automation and reporting.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
