Responsibility
- Develop and execute OOH media strategies aligned with client objectives, leveraging market trends and consumer insights.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning and negotiation with media vendors to execution and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to integrate OOH campaigns with multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Identify and secure high-impact OOH placements (e.g., billboards, transit, digital screens) in Baliās key locations to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, landlords, and local authorities to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including programmatic OOH, DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home), and experiential marketing.
- Prepare and present post-campaign reports with ROI analysis and recommendations for future optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OOH media planning, buying, or account management, preferably in an agency or media owner role.
- Proven track record of managing successful OOH campaigns with measurable impact on brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with experience working with media owners in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in media planning tools (e.g., Geopath, TAB, or local equivalents) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital integration in OOH (e.g., QR codes, NFC, AR) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
