Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the unique culture and lifestyle of Bali. Responsibility
- Conduct daily field visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals to promote Blesces Diagnostic Laboratory’s services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of our diagnostic services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
