Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets in the Bali region.
  • Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities to promote company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through proactive outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
