Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets in the Bali region.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through proactive outreach.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
