Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials, including digital ads, flyers, and in-store displays.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive sales growth.
- Assist in planning and executing events, tastings, and pop-ups to enhance customer experience.
- Streamline daily operations, including inventory management, staff coordination, and customer service standards.
- Support the team in customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the pastry team to align marketing efforts with product launches and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or operations (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and operational workflows is a plus.
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is highly desirable.
