Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, email, and paid advertising channels.
- Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets for promotions, launches, and events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to refine conversion rates and user engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and tools, proposing innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and analytical work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and performance marketing metrics.
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is advantageous.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
