Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, creative teams, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication.
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and identifying potential risks or delays.
- Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of team members and assets.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all outputs meet brand and client standards.
- Assist in budget management, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
- Support the development of project briefs and creative strategies in collaboration with the account team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, and production.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
