Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for MAMA Services.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads) with a focus on scalability and ROI.
- Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to maximize engagement and reduce drop-off rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine messaging, creatives, and targeting for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and content) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR, etc.) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, maternity care, and healthcare tech to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-performing channels and experiments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn), and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools to measure and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with the ability to own end-to-end campaign execution.
- Familiarity with the healthcare, maternity, or SaaS industries is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous team.
