Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and achieve KPIs.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and impactful engagement with the audience.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and events.
- Conduct competitive research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably in the telecommunications, digital services, or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
