Responsibility
- Conduct in-person surveys with supermarket shoppers to gather data on purchasing behavior.
- Record accurate and detailed responses using provided digital or paper forms.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to ensure high participation rates.
- Observe and document shopping patterns, product selections, and customer interactions in assigned supermarket locations.
- Follow structured survey scripts and adhere to ethical data collection guidelines.
- Submit completed surveys and observations on time via designated platforms.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality when handling customer information.
- Attend training sessions to understand survey objectives and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse shoppers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic digital literacy (e.g., using tablets or smartphones for data entry).
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to assigned survey hours.
- No prior experience required—training will be provided.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and moving around supermarket aisles.
- Residents of or familiarity with Bali’s target locations (Canggu, Ubud, etc.) preferred.
