Responsibility

  • Manage and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist in budget preparation, tracking, and reporting for marketing initiatives, providing insights to optimize spending.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to streamline administrative processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and budget management.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or marketing operations, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Experience with vendor management and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
