Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement among seafarers.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Organize and participate in virtual and in-person events to promote the company’s services and engage with the target audience.
- Maintain and update the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the maritime, recruitment, or B2B sector.
- Strong proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the maritime industry or overseas manning is a plus.
