Responsibility
- Develop and implement in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and promotional plans.
- Monitor inventory levels, product placement, and display standards across assigned locations.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
- Gather and analyze consumer feedback and sales data to refine merchandising approaches.
- Train retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand representation.
- Prepare reports on merchandising performance, market trends, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or marketing, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with retail partners.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, retail management software).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
