Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize website operations, ensuring high performance, user-friendly design, and SEO best practices.
- Develop and execute HubSpot-driven outreach campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automation workflows.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.
- Manage social media strategies, including content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize landing pages, CTAs, and other digital assets for maximum conversion.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep LeadAdvisors at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management and HubSpot.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing tools is highly desirable.
