Responsibility

- Manage and optimize the company’s website and online presence to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships to boost brand engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
