Responsibility
- Develop and implement student recruitment marketing strategies tailored to the Indonesian market, with a focus on Bali and surrounding regions.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, email, and paid advertising to generate leads and drive applications.
- Organize and represent the university at education fairs, open days, and community events to engage prospective students and parents.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to track and analyze recruitment metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create and distribute compelling marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations, to showcase the university’s programs and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, and local organizations to expand outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and student preferences in the Indonesian education sector.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance, budget utilization, and campaign effectiveness for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
