As a key member of our team, you will identify, engage, and secure high-value ITAD opportunities, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship-building. Your efforts will contribute directly to our mission of providing eco-friendly, secure, and cost-effective IT asset lifecycle management solutions.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas, you’ll enjoy a dynamic work environment with the flexibility to thrive in Bali’s collaborative and innovative business culture.
Responsibility
- Identify and target potential ITAD clients, including BPOs, enterprises, and PEZA-registered companies in the Philippines and Bali.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote ITAD services, including digital, email, and content marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to secure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ITAD opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
- Represent IRSB Impex Corp at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the IT or ITAD sector.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals with BPOs, enterprises, or multinational corporations.
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) processes, data security, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to the Philippines for client meetings.
