Responsibility

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote pre-employment medical exams to businesses, HR departments, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct telemarketing outreach to identify and engage potential clients, scheduling consultations and presentations.
  • Perform fieldwork visits to corporate offices, industrial sites, and job fairs to build relationships and secure partnerships.
  • Create compelling promotional materials (brochures, digital content, email templates) tailored to different industries and client needs.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using CRM tools, adjusting strategies to maximize lead conversion and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is communicated about services, pricing, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and clients, ensuring follow-ups and nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting pre-employment health screenings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition (healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali for fieldwork and client meetings.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
