Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end shipment operations lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all trade documentation meets international compliance standards.
- Maintain and audit precise records of all shipments and operational activities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and analyze operational statistics to improve throughput efficiency.
- Liaise with logistics providers and shipping lines to resolve operational discrepancies.
- Monitor market trends and contribute data-driven insights to support marketing and trade communication strategies.
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations, trade support, or administrative coordination.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage documentation in a fast-paced environment.
