Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, permits, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Develop and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate events into broader campaigns and digital strategies.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and metrics to measure success and inform future initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all events.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align event goals with business priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in event coordination, marketing, or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in budget management and vendor coordination.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and event management software is a plus.
