Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and events, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, deadlines, and budgets, working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to optimize strategies and ROI.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including briefs, presentations, and content calendars, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and influencers to negotiate contracts and secure partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support the development of SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, expenses, and campaign results for internal reporting and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and proofreading.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic industry.
