Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using GoHighLevel and Monday.com to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Integrate and synchronize data between multiple platforms to ensure seamless information flow.
- Monitor and analyze automation performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align automation processes with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and automation tools.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and automation technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CRM & Automation Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel and Monday.com is a must.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
