Responsibility

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling written and visual content, including posts, blogs, and promotional materials, tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions, ensuring timely and professional engagement with followers and customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns that boost subscriptions and retention.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of community management strategies.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies for better reach and impact.
  • Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events to strengthen community ties and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and community management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging and error-free content.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and digital marketing principles.
