Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI) and adjust strategies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Create compelling promotional content (banners, emails, landing pages) tailored to affiliate audiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate networks to identify new opportunities.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, ShareASale) and tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Post Affiliate Pro).
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partner relationships.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on conversion optimization and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and how they integrate with affiliate strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a results-oriented approach.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
