Responsibility
- Develop and execute growth strategies to optimize platform performance and user conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on priorities and execution plans.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to refine user journeys and enhance engagement.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations, from planning and execution to reporting and optimization.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless platform functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in platform operations, digital marketing, or growth hacking.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance marketing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
