Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Lead paid digital acquisition campaigns, optimizing ad spend, targeting, and creative assets for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to produce high-impact, audience-centric content aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CAC, conversion rates) to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media, SEO, and digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage community engagement and influencer partnerships to amplify reach and credibility.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, and CTAs to improve performance continuously.
- Oversee budget allocation and forecasting for digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Masterâs is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or acquisition roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition through paid and organic channels.
- Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM platforms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
