Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for the CitraLand Pekanbaru project to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, operations, finance) to align marketing efforts with project goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies and drive growth.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring a seamless experience from lead generation to closing.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and ROI, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Represent Ciputra Group at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in real estate or property development).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, analytics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity and team collaboration.
