Responsibility
- Create and curate high-quality, platform-optimized content (videos, graphics, copy) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Develop and execute social media calendars aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts and A/B test content performance.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to refine content strategies.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments/messages and fostering brand loyalty.
- Assist in localizing content for Mandarin-speaking audiences, including translations and cultural adaptations.
- Stay ahead of digital trends (e.g., Reels, hashtag challenges) and propose innovative ideas.
- Support SEO and paid ad campaigns with keyword-rich, conversion-focused copy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields (fresh graduates encouraged to apply!).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) â essential for content localization.
- Proven experience in content creation (portfolio or personal projects welcome).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Insights).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with video editing, photography, or graphic design.
