Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase direct bookings and brand awareness for Permai Rainforest Resort.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical audits to improve organic search rankings.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, videos, social media posts) that highlights the resortâs unique eco-tourism offerings and sustainability initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
- Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to build community engagement, respond to inquiries, and drive traffic to the resortâs website.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) and provide actionable reports to refine strategies and improve KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with promotional offers, events, and guest experiences.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or eco-tourism industry.
- Proven track record in SEO, SEM, and paid social advertising with measurable results in lead generation and conversions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
