Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content channels.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, social posts, videos) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the digital landscape.
- Build and nurture customer relationships through CRM tools, email marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (AI, automation, new platforms) and recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Proven success in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools for performance tracking and optimization.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an eye for engaging, conversion-focused messaging.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
