Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and offline) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create and optimize content strategies, including blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral, aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion metrics) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage social media platforms, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to amplify reach.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and promotions to foster customer relationships and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and audience preferences.
- Assist in budget tracking and ROI analysis for marketing spend, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio of engaging content (blogs, ads, emails).
- Experience with SEO/SEM principles and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
