Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content, including captions, graphics, videos, and stories that resonate with our beauty-focused audience.
- Build and nurture a loyal online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering discussions around skincare trends and product benefits.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and KOLs to amplify reach and credibility, negotiating partnerships that align with our brand values.
- Monitor social media analytics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, ROI) and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Manage user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, encouraging customers to share their experiences and testimonials.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, community building, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation (copywriting, graphic design, video editing) and successful social campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and their best practices for organic and paid growth.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnership negotiations is a plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Passion for beauty and skincare, with a finger on the pulse of industry trends and consumer preferences.
