Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition for Winme.
- Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content (social media, blogs, videos, email campaigns) tailored to target audiences.
- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.), including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Build and nurture community engagement through social media interactions, influencer partnerships, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare monthly reports on KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, engagement metrics) and present findings to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or strategic campaign management.
- Proven track record of successful content and ad campaigns with measurable impact on growth.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong creative and analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid setting.
