Responsibility
- Edit and refine raw video footage into polished, high-converting ads and marketing assets tailored for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audience preferences.
- Optimize videos for SEO and engagement, including captions, thumbnails, and metadata to maximize reach and performance.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video editing and digital marketing to ensure content remains innovative and effective.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Provide creative input during pre-production and scripting phases to ensure video concepts are feasible and impactful.
- Analyze video performance metrics and iterate on content based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Video Editor, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video styles, including short-form ads, explainer videos, and social media content.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

- Excellent attention to detail, color correction, and audio mixing skills.
