Responsibility
- Assist in creating engaging marketing content (social media, blogs, newsletters) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support the Business Intelligence team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaign strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, lead generation) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in coordinating events, webinars, or digital workshops to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain and update CRM databases and marketing tools with accurate information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Business Intelligence teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and content management tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing or business intelligence is advantageous.
