Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning and visibility across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Lead the creation of engaging content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and multimedia materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage cross-functional campaigns, from concept to execution, collaborating with design, sales, and product teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, lead generation, ROI) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Build and maintain media and influencer relationships to amplify brand reach and credibility in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Oversee crisis communication plans and ensure consistent, transparent messaging during sensitive situations.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance stakeholder engagement and thought leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Experience in media relations, public relations, and stakeholder management.
