Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize online product content, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance the user experience (UX) and drive conversions on digital platforms.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and sales on e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value.
  • Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to keep our platforms competitive.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing online product content and optimizing digital platforms for performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in the digital space.
  • Experience with A/B testing, UX optimization, and customer journey mapping is a plus.
